The drying chamber for fruits
The C-Series Tunnel Dryers dry the whole range of fruits, berries, herbs, roots, vegetables, etc. and have no limitations for the initial moisture content of the raw materials and the residual moisture content of the final product.
The heat energy necessary for drying is transferred to the dried product through air, and the pallets on which the fruits lie down are made of high-quality food stainless mesh, which meets all sanitary and hygienic requirements of the EU countries.
In the tunnel dryers is ensured the uniform distribution of warm air inside the room, due to the design of an efficient air supply system, as well as forced ejection of air saturated with moisture.
