The drying chamber for fruits

Tunnel dryer dries a wide range of fruits and vegetables, berries, herbs, roots, aromatic herbs that are not limitated at the initial moisture content of raw and the content of residual moisture of the final product.

The necessity of thermal energy for drying is transferred through air that dries the product, and the execution of wood (pallets), in direct contact with the product are made of stainless steel and stainless steel mesh which meets all sanitary requirements of the European Union. 

In the tunnel kilns is ensured the uniform distribution of warm air inside the room, due the construction of the air system, in addition with the forced throwing of supersaturated moisture
