As a part of Moldavian traditions a big wine festival took place on the International Exhibition Center ‘MOLDEXPO' from 6 to 7 October.
Numerous visitors were able to see and taste wide range of Moldavian wines and personally make sure of their high quality.
The territory of Exhibition Center turned into small wine-making village where more than 50 companies were presented including ‘wine kings': ''Purcari'' , ''Cricova'', '' Milestii Mici''as well as our company «Imperial vin».
Wine makers offered for tasting wide range of wines. Every guest had the possibility to get professional consultation of wine experts, to find out how different the Moldavian wines are: from rich bouquets with slightly sour taste to noble aged wine with interesting aromatics.
Wonderful weather allowed the festival to be held open-air till the night and guests enjoyed delicate taste and aroma of Moldavian wines.
Folk music groups from different wine-making zones with geographical names (Valul lui Traian, Stefan Voda, Codru and Balti) adorned the festival and completed its splendid mood.
Moldavian wines are not only popular among experts. They are also regularly awarded on international exhibitions. Climate, geographical position and soil specificity allow making absolutely different wines. The credo of Moldovan wine-makers is "Quality is more important than profit!"
"Imperial Vin" company traditionally participated in wine festival. Our wines took 2 first place diplomas on the competition that took place on the exhibition.
