The tasting involved 5 specialists with experience in the industry from 12 to 17 years. The evaluation was made on a 10-point scale according to the following criteria: color and transparency, aroma, taste and aftertaste.

COLOR AND TRANSPARENCY
The wine is rich expressive ruby color with a slight orange tint. The bezel is saturated red. Wine flows down from the sides of the glass, forming fairly dense legs.

In a complex expressive bouquet, the vibrant aromas of dried fruits and freshly baked bread are intertwined. Also in the composition are distinguishable shades of spices and delicate notes of oak.

TASTE AND PERSONALITY
Wine with a well-balanced harmonious taste and velvety tannins. In the taste of well-distinguished tones of cherries and prunes, tinted with notes of spices. The aftertaste is long, elegant, with pronounced notes and a light pepper train. The wine is ideal for red meat, game, as well as pies and hot snacks.
